The Chief of Staff will act as an operating partner to the MD office, driving execution of strategic priorities across businesses and functions. Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Execution & PMO (Project Management Office)
- Own the annual strategy, quarterly reviews, and leadership calendar.

- Establish strong operating cadence (weekly / monthly / quarterly rhythms).
- Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Reviews

- Stakeholder & Leadership Enablement
- Act as the interface between various Business Heads.

- Cross‑functional Leadership
- Lead enterprise‑wide projects spanning Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Legal.

- Must have some operating experience in FMCG / Consumer Tech sectors combined with a strong stint in a leading Strategy organization.
- Deep experience/understanding in Sales & Distribution in India, alongside strategy roles.
- Prior exposure to CoS / Strategy / CEO office environments preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L orientation.
- Highly structured problem‑solver with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- MBA from a premier institution (IIM / ISB / XLRI / SPJIMR or equivalent) - mandatory.
