As part of its ongoing business transformation and long-term strategic development, the company is seeking a highly accomplished CFO to join the executive leadership team.
Job Description
- Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth.
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
- Lead the ERP system implementation and enhancement.
- Develop a solid and sustainable SSC model.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk effectively.
- Leading and developing the accounting and finance team to achieve organisational goals.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate and execute business opportunities.Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board and relevant parties.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Qualified Accountant
- At least 30 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Must have manufacturing experience as an industry knowledge
- Candidates with a Big 4 background is a plus
- Strong in ERP System Implementation
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
