Job Description

This is a senior, standalone position focused on new business development within the personal care sector. You\\\’ll be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with brands seeking high-quality contract manufacturing solutions, leveraging the company\\\’s capabilities in formulation, production, packaging and distribution.

Duties include:

  • Lead sales and business development efforts across the UK and European markets.
  • Build relationships with brand owners, retailers, and private label businesses.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share.
  • Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in contract manufacturing sales, ideally within personal care or beauty.
  • Strong track record in new business development and strategic account growth.
  • Comfortable operating in a standalone role with autonomy and accountability.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
  • As it is a standalone role candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.
