The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State Bar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in corporate law, particularly in emerging companies and growth transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong client relationships.
