Job Description:
- Lead financial reporting, controls, and governance across multiple European manufacturing entities.
- Ensure timely, accurate submissions into the US-listed parent, with strong attention to detail and compliance.
- Strengthen processes, systems, and month-end disciplines while maintaining team engagement.
- Provide commercial insight to the on-site European MD, including margin analysis and cost drivers.
- Manage and support remote finance teams across several jurisdictions and currencies.
- Drive improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and financial visibility to enhance decision-making.
- Act as a hands-on senior finance leader, delivering stability, accuracy, and operational partnership during a period of change.
The Successful Applicant:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong track record in multi-entity, international manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting into a listed-group structure, ideally with exposure to US GAAP and SOX controls.
- Hands-on operator experienced in strengthening processes, controls, and month-end disciplines across remote European teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to provide insight on cost drivers, margin performance, and operational decision-making.
- Demonstrated success navigating multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction finance while leading teams through change in a collaborative, supportive way.
