We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the completion of fencing, construction and hard/soft landscaping projects across various sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of fencing and gates
- Support the preparation and completion of hard landscaping (e.g., paving, decking, walls)
- Assist with soft landscaping tasks such as turfing, planting, and soil preparation
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organized
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or construction preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Full UK driving licence
