As they continue their upward trajectory, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic part qualified Finance Officer to join their team. Based in their Sheffield headquarters, you'll play a critical role in the company's financial operations and continue your studies under the mentorship of experienced finance professionals.
As a vital member of the finance team, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing Accounts Payable and Receivables to ensure smooth financial operations
- Supporting monthly and quarterly financial closings, including handling accruals and journals
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly financial reports to provide valuable insights for partners
- Managing employee expenses and prepayment cards, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Keeping the ERP system updated with new transactions and ensuring data integrity
