What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting customers at home or conducting virtual surveys to assess their removal and storage needs and provide accurate, professional quotes.
- Building genuine rapport and making sure customers feel informed and confident throughout.
- Following up on quotes and enquiries to convert interest into confirmed bookings.
- Representing the business with professionalism and pride on every visit.
- Targeting and winning commercial contracts alongside domestic work, growing the business beyond one-off moves.
- Working closely with the office team to ensure a seamless handover from sale to move day.
- Covering customers primarily across Yorkshire, with travel a regular and expected part of the role.
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business through referrals and repeat custom.
