As the business enters an exciting new phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a Paid Search Specialist to take ownership of paid search performance and play a pivotal role in scaling the brand.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you will have full technical ownership of paid media performance across Google Ads and other key platforms, with real influence over strategy, testing, and commercial outcomes.
About You:- Extensive hands-on experience in paid media within performance-led environments
- Proven experience owning paid search performance end to end in a commercial setting
- Strong technical expertise across Google Ads
- Demonstrable ability to manage and optimise large budgets while balancing commercial risk
- A structured, data-led approach to testing, efficiency improvement, and ROI optimisation
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues such as intent drift, auction pressure, and inefficient account structures
- Confidence communicating performance insights, recommendations, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including SEO, Content and Design
- Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certifications
- Experience with automation, scripts or AI-driven optimisation tools
- Familiarity with CRO/GA4/Looker Studio/GTM/Unbounce
- £45K - £50K basic salary
