As the business enters an exciting new phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a Paid Search Specialist to take ownership of paid search performance and play a pivotal role in scaling the brand.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you will have full technical ownership of paid media performance across Google Ads and other key platforms, with real influence over strategy, testing, and commercial outcomes.
About You- Extensive hands-on experience managing performance media across both Paid Search and Paid Social within commercially driven, lead-generation or comparison environments.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end paid media performance, from strategic planning and budget allocation through to optimisation, scaling, and reporting.
- Strong technical expertise across Google Ads, with solid operational knowledge of key Paid Social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar.
- Demonstrable experience managing and optimising large multi-channel budgets while balancing commercial risk, efficiency targets, and growth objectives.
- Highly data-driven approach to experimentation, with structured testing methodologies across bidding, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimisation.
- Advanced diagnostic capability to identify and resolve performance challenges such as intent drift, rising auction pressure, creative fatigue, attribution gaps, and inefficient account structures.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance strategy, including audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and cross-channel contribution analysis.
- Confidence translating complex performance data into clear insights, trade-offs, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including SEO, CRO, Analytics, Content, and Creative to drive integrated performance outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in fast-growth environments where agility, commercial awareness, and ownership are critical to success.
- Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications.
- Experience using automation, scripts, feed optimisation tools, or AI-driven bidding and creative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, attribution tools, CRO platforms, or landing page optimisation tools such as Unbounce.
- £45K - £50K basic salary.
