As they continue to expand, they're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join a warm, ambitious team and take ownership of a portfolio of valued B2B clients. This isn't a cold-calling role. You'll be working with existing clients nurturing those relationships, resolving issues before they become problems, and identifying opportunities to add real value through upselling products and services that genuinely make a difference to their business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the go-to contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, building trust and long-term loyalty
  • Managing client relationships primarily via phone and email, handling queries and resolving issues with pace and professionalism
  • Identifying and converting upsell opportunities recommending solutions that genuinely benefit the client
  • Managing complaints with care and turning difficult situations into positive experiences
  • Collaborating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and the client experience consistently excellent

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year in a client-facing sales, account management, or relationship management role
  • A track record of managing business accounts and delivering upsell results
  • Clear, confident communication both on the phone and in writing
  • A positive, proactive approach and someone who genuinely enjoys working as part of a team
