We are specialists in lighting and have 11 physical stores, and our website at pagazzi.com which is run from our Head Office in Thornliebank, Glasgow. Pagazzi.com is a leading online destination for stylish lighting, mirrors, and furniture. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have been illuminating homes and spaces with style for over 40 years and as we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to contribute to our exciting journey. Moving from Magento to Shopify Plus in 2024 was a great move, which has led the website to perform at +21% vs last year.

The Role

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online sales strategy and performance of Pagazzi.com. Your role will involve optimizing the user experience, driving traffic, and maximizing conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives into our overall business strategy. The successful candidate will need to be organised, a good multi-tasker and be able to bring multiple teams together and moving in one direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Working with our digital development agency, Brave The Skies, you will optimize website functionality and user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with two external marketing agency teams (one for paid marketing, and one for SEO) to execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the relationship with our affiliates agency to grow affiliate sales.
  • Set the strategy for marketplaces with our Marketplace Manager – a huge area for growth.
  • Work alongside our Creative Marketing Executive to build email in Klaviyo and set direction for organic social content.
  • Manage our eCommerce Administrators to ensure product upload & site merchandising is at its best.
  • Report on and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Be a key member of the Pagazzi Head office team & provide leadership, management & development for the internal team.
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
