The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 € per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record of engaging and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders across public sector clients and the construction industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proven ability to engage and influence the public sector within professional services/construction procurement
  • Experience of successfully developing and delivering client account plans
  • Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of construction procurement processes including single and two stage contractor procurement
  • Holds knowledge and experience within a pre-construction process, from both a client and contractor perspective
  • Holds knowledge of the construction industry in a public sector context including construction, infrastructure, estates management, place making and professional services
  • Fully understands and can analyse the options open to the public sector when procuring and the benefits of Frameworks/DPS solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management and commercial skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to provide the best-in-class customer service

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a Key Account Management role, fostering strategic relationships and driving client satisfaction. A solid understanding of public sector procurement processes, particularly in relation to framework agreements, is essential. In addition, candidates must bring strong knowledge of the construction sector, specifically in Pre-construction phases, including the appointment of contractors and consultants, and a clear understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work.

The successful candidate will cover the regions of East of England, North London, and Northern Home Counties. Inevitably, this would be subject to change as the needs of the business change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse the regional position of Pagabo and identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts; assessing your portfolio of clients to identify strategic/non-strategic relationships
  • Develop and execute account management plans with the ambition to increase wallet share of clients engaging with Pagabo, including review/performance meetings
  • Research project opportunities and present procurement solutions to clients; securing projects for procurement via Pagabo frameworks
  • Develop relationships with newly onboarded clients handed over by RBDM
  • Develop and present procurement strategies for client projects, promoting the benefits of Pagabo solutions
  • Oversee the procurement process of all projects in the region, ensuring the procurement team are fully informed of the project requirements and detail of the required quality/pricing and evaluation structure
  • Form part of the regional team developing relationships with framework contractors and consultants to maximise opportunities for client growth
  • Represent the business at national, regional and local levels continually promoting Pagabo’s presence in the market
  • Continually develop your knowledge of public sector procurement and the changing landscape of the construction market to ensure you have the tools to represent Pagabo as leaders within the industry
