YOUR TASKS
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage a team of 4 across paid marketing, SEO/AEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Set clear goals, remove roadblocks, and help your team grow their skills while delivering results.
- Own performance marketing strategy and execution.
- Drive lead generation across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/AEO.
- Manage a significant marketing budget at scale.
- Deliver measurable results and clear reporting.
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities.
- Optimize the entire funnel.
