Can you craft persuasive copy that drives conversions across landing pages, emails and ads? We are looking for a Growth Copywriter who can combine copywriting expertise with a data-driven approach to conversion rate optimization.

YOUR TASKS

  • Landing Page and Funnel Copywriting: Craft persuasive, user-focused copy for website landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels, ensuring alignment with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) objectives.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Develop and refine copy variations (e.g., headlines, CTAs, and body content) for A/B testing to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Ad Copy Development: Write compelling ad copy for Google Display, search campaigns, and social media, optimised for click-through and conversion.
  • Email Campaign Copy: Create and optimise email content for lead generation, nurturing, and retention, focusing on high-performing subject lines and CTAs.
  • Customer Insights and Research: Leverage audience insights, feedback, and competitor analysis to inform and refine copy strategies.
  • SEO-Driven CRO Copywriting: Integrate high-performing keywords into conversion-focused copy to maximise both traffic and engagement while combining product know-how and brand voice and SEO keywords into a coherent whole in your texts.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have an excellent command of English on at least a near native level and several years of experience as a copywriter in a B2B environment.
  • You feel at home in the IT industry (ideally with topics of monitoring, data centres, cloud or IIoT).
  • You have already worked with content management systems (CMS).
  • You have a strong track record of writing high-converting copy for landing pages, websites, and ad campaigns, with a focus on driving software trial downloads or similar conversion goals.
  • You have a solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles to create copy that balances discoverability with high conversion potential.
  • You have strong collaboration skills to work with designers, marketers, and developers, coupled with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to align with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
