As Account Manager for Paessler\’s New Business you love interacting and building rapport with prospects alike. The Paessler Sales team assists our customers and channel partners to evaluate and purchase Paessler\’s PRTG Network Monitoring and Enterprise Monitoring solutions for organizations with more than 250 connected network devices. The importance of monitoring critical IT, OT and IoT devices, systems and services is obvious to you and motivates you to help deliver those benefits to a wider audience of potential PRTG users. You excel at identifying pain points, delivering value, educating prospects and closing sales opportunities. Being organized, working remotely and independently while always willing to lend a hand to your team, come naturally to you. This position is remote open to permanent residents of the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Italy, the Czech Republic or Poland. YOUR TASKS Generate Net New revenue Work with prospects to demonstrate the value of Paessler’s product suite and convert prospects into customers Methodically develop high quality deals by identifying pain, working to develop a champion, and validating value of Paessler’s products Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations and technical demonstrations Act as primary point of contact for a prospect until the point of purchase Push Seller-to-Seller engagements in case of channel opportunities Representing Paessler at Events and Webinars Ensure revenue forecast and documentation is up to date in our CRM at all times, CRM hygiene is a must Make use of the sales methodology (BANT, MEDDPICC, …) to improve our insights and define next steps for assigned opportunities YOUR PROFILE Proven track record in sales with strong experience in new business sales / account management Ideally you also have experience with IT infrastructure Experienced in working with various CRM platforms Proven ability to work in an innovative and ever-changing environment You are independent, proactive, forward thinking and self-reliant You are willing to travel up to 15% within EMEA FACTS FOR YOU We produce an excellent software that is loved by its users, and is recognized worldwide as one of the best-known products in the area of network monitoring We offer a great working atmosphere in an enthusiastic international team with flat hierarchies We will have an innovative and creative work environment with plenty of room for new ideas You can rely on the team, spread all over the EMEA region as well as in Germany, and expect to be supported in your daily tasks, even though you may be thousands of miles away in your satellite position Paessler GmbH is a fast-growing midsized company that has been in the market for 20 years.
