Our 350+ team members across the globe are passionate about building software that solves real problems for real people. We believe in sustainable growth, long-term thinking, and creating a workplace where talented people can do their best work. Right now, we are looking for someone who can help us drive qualified leads and accelerate growth through performance marketing that delivers measurable results.
You will own and scale our lead generation engine. This isn’t a "set it and forget it" role. You will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar annual budget across paid search, paid social, SEO, and conversion optimization—and you will be accountable for the results.
You will lead a team of 4 specialists, work directly with senior leadership on strategy and reporting, and have the autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works. If you are energized by data, love finding growth opportunities others miss, and know how to turn budget into pipeline, this is your role.
YOUR TASKS- Lead and develop a high-performing team: Manage a team of 4 across paid marketing, SEO/AEO, and conversion rate optimization. Set clear goals, remove roadblocks, and help your team grow their skills while delivering results.
- Own performance marketing strategy and execution: Drive lead generation across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/AEO. Decide where to invest, what to test, and how to scale success across channels.
- Manage a significant marketing budget at scale: Own a multi-million dollar annual budget. Allocate spend strategically, optimise for ROI, and make fast decisions when something’s working (or not).
- Deliver measurable results and clear reporting: Report performance, ROI, and lead quality directly to senior leadership. Present data, defend your strategy, and be held accountable for outcomes.
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities: Find the next opportunity. Test quickly and scale what drives results.
- Build for the future: Understand the emerging world of AI search and LLM Optimization. Push your team to experiment in these new channels.
- Optimise the entire funnel: Work closely with sales, marketing ops, and product marketing to improve conversion rates, refine messaging, and ensure leads turn into pipeline.
- Use data to drive every decision: Be fluent in analytics platforms, comfortable building dashboards, and able to translate data into action.
- 5+ years in B2B tech or SaaS performance marketing: Experience in a B2B environment, understanding long sales cycles and complex buying committees.
- Proven experience managing significant marketing budgets: Managed multi-million dollar budgets and know how to get ROI at scale.
- Team leadership experience: Built, led, or grown a performance marketing team.
- Deep platform expertise: Proficient with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills: Comfortable in Google Analytics, attribution modelling, and building performance dashboards.
- Ability to move fast and scale what works: Test, learn, iterate, and scale quickly.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management: Explain performance, defend your strategy, and align cross-functional teams.
- Many possibilities to further develop your individual skillset.
- Innovative and creative work environment with plenty of room for new ideas.
- A structured onboarding phase with experienced colleagues.
- Flexible working hours and a family-friendly environment.
- A great working atmosphere in an enthusiastic international team with flat hierarchies.
- We actively support your health by funding membership of the Urban Sports Club.
