Join Our Team at Paesan!, a small, authentic Italian restaurant in Crouch End, London. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef (or Senior Sous Chef) to join our dynamic team.
Position: Head Chef
Salary: £47,500 per year (inclusive of service charge)
Hours: 48 hours per week
Responsibilities
Work closely with the General Manager and Director to create innovative dishes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Oversee kitchen operations, manage a team of dedicated chefs, and contribute to menu development.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
