Role: We are recruiting a Mechanical Works Controller to support the safe and efficient delivery of construction packages of work. The Mechanical Works Controller will plan, coordinate, and deliver mechanical construction activities in accordance with project objectives, regulatory obligations and stringent safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-standard delivery of construction activities within the TDA framework.
- Combine technical knowledge, effective coordination, and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Support programme objectives and continuous improvement across the site.
Qualifications:
- Experience working on Construction Projects within a highly regulated environment.
- Mechanical Discipline Qualification.
- IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent recognised health & safety qualification).
- Knowledge of Safe System of Work.
- Proven experience in the delivery, supervision, and coordination of complex construction activities.
- Good understanding of safety culture, regulatory compliance, and CDM requirements.
