Amentum is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of high‑impact, innovative digital solutions across Energy, Defence and Infrastructure. This key role is part of the Digital Delivery Team and reports directly to the Digital Programme Delivery Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital programmes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Define programme objectives, success criteria and measurable outcomes aligned with organisational strategy.
- Manage risks, dependencies and interdependencies across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, project teams and external partners to ensure alignment and buy‑in; act as the primary point of contact for programme updates.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
- Provide leadership and direction to project managers and cross‑functional teams; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement; support team development through coaching and mentoring.
- Develop and maintain programme plans, monitor progress, track KPIs and ensure delivery of agreed benefits; identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.
- Ensure programmes adhere to governance frameworks, policies and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate documentation; conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience leading large‑scale digital transformation programmes.
- Experience devising and managing project/programme budgets in excess of a million pounds.
- Strong knowledge of programme and project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Technical understanding of digital platforms, systems and emerging technologies.
- Experience in MOD, construction, nuclear, transport and public‑sector industries.
