About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, energetic and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) who will also provide Project Support across a range of initiatives. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administration support to Senior Leaders in the Site Delivery Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and handling domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and process expense claims, draft correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Support team development, contribute to Site Delivery’s strong culture, and establish effective ways of working.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of key stakeholders and manage effective communications between Site Delivery and stakeholders including cross‑functional teams and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Background in major projects is desirable but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others and build effective relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Confident working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, discreet and professional with sensitive information, and a proactive team player.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a can‑do attitude.
