About the Role

Energy Programmes is seeking to expand our team on a variety of nuclear projects across the UK and continental Europe.

We are looking for professionals excited about nuclear projects, committed to Net Zero and Energy Security, and experienced in major projects within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the supply chain to ensure contract compliance of their schedule-related information.
  • Deliver the integrated schedule and schedule-related information for assigned scope of work.
  • Support the wider schedule team with progress reporting, including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce on-time, high quality month‑end IWS forecast, baseline and Performance Reports for direct scope of works.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of the Schedule and Project Control (SZC).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in business analysis, accounting, finance, construction, engineering or project management, or a related technical field.
  • Understanding of design processes and awareness of CDM and its impact on the schedule.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques as described in APM Guidelines or similar learned societies.
  • Strong planning and scheduling expertise, including use of Primavera P6.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to work with the wider team to develop programmes from first principles and assure suppliers’ programmes.
  • Knowledge of schedule hierarchy, integration, and change management.
  • Understanding of contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, and their relationship to the schedule.
  • Construction management knowledge.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs within defined timeframes.
  • Previous major project and complex programme experience.
  • Location & Working Hours

London based, 3 days per week, with flexibility as required.
