We are now looking to recruit a Document Controller to support the Document Control Team for the Retrievals East River (RER) project at Sellafield. This role involves essential coordination of all documentation associated with the RER project, working closely with other Document Controllers to ensure regulatory and project-specific records are accurate, up to date, and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Expediting and coordinating information in line with demanding programmes.
  • Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies and procedures.
  • Updating project documentation trackers.
  • Maintaining project filing systems (ProjectWise).
  • Providing support to the Document Control Manager.
  • Attending project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation.
  • Providing Data Management System training where necessary.
  • Providing support with regards to document numbering, revisions, and the application of metadata.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working within a highly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of various Electronic Data Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information in a secure and compliant manner.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
