As Commissioning Assurance Team Lead at Amentum, you will be responsible for orchestrating the compliance assurance function for commissioning projects, ensuring that all governance, processes and regulatory requirements are rigorously applied and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic oversight of assurance activities and ensuring commissioning processes, evidence and readiness milestones meet the required quality, safety and compliance standards.
- Influencing stakeholders and communicating complex assurance findings with clarity, challenging constructively at senior levels and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Providing effective leadership, guidance and coaching to the Assurance Team to optimize capability, enhance performance, and ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery.
- Ensuring commissioning progress is captured, verified and reported with high accuracy, transparency and traceability.
- Planning, allocating and optimizing Assurance Team resources to support project delivery and commissioning objectives.
Qualifications
- Developing and implementing an assurance surveillance programme that establishes effective governance arrangements for process and standard oversight.
- Developing, maintaining and continually improving local assurance methods, tools and dashboards to monitor quality performance.
- Leading the planning and delivery of assurance audits against Commissioning Start‑Up activities as defined by the client’s Quality Department to provide confidence in ongoing compliance.
