Role Summary
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the nuclear power plant design remains properly controlled, traceable, and compliant throughout the project lifecycle.
The Configuration Engineer acts as a key coordinator between engineering, design, and project stakeholders, helping to maintain alignment between the As‑designed configuration (approved design documentation), As‑built configuration (what is actually constructed on site).
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for configuration management processes.
- Support Engineering Managers and Design Authorities on configuration‑related matters.
- Coordinate configuration activities across multiple stakeholders.
