About the opportunity

Energy, Engineering and Technical Services is one of our newest Business Units and has been formed with the vision to support positive change and help shape the future of Nuclear Power. Our embedded teams are delivering support to Hinkley Point C (new build power station in the South West), Sizewell C (located in the South East), helping develop technologies in SMR (small modular reactor) capability and working towards building Poland's first energy power station. Working in both client facing and internal roles, we deliver major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle, driving safe, high quality, on time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production of Lifetime Quality Record Packs (LTQRs) in support of procurement, calibration, certification and project delivery tasks.
  • Undertake administration tasks associated with Asset Suit 9 (AS9) including CATID creation and generating regular reports.
  • Support project teams with the End of Erection Status Report (EESR) for temporary projects, including coordination of contractor data on to Teamcenter.
  • Provide project teams with any necessary administrative support to meet project objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all project team members.
  • Identify, implement and comply with applicable safety, environmental and quality standards, company procedures and policies and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide other project administration and support as required to the Commissioning Operations project team.

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritise and organise work to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
  • Attention to detail when producing and reviewing documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of quality within the project environment.
  • Proficient in preparing documents and information using software packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with a strong health and safety culture and ability to set and uphold high standards of safety.
