Our client is looking for an experienced residential and/or commercial site manager to start as soon as possible. This position is a 5‑day week permanent role based mainly on site.

Salary: £50‑65k per annum with bonuses.

Must have: a valid SMSTS and First Aid certificates.

Usual working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Duties:

  • Managing subcontractors on site
  • Inductions
  • Reporting to the site manager
  • Subcontractor review meetings
  • Designs and orders
  • Scheduling
  • Snagging
  • Following the company’s H&S procedures
  • Ensuring H&S practices are followed by all workers and visitors
  • Managing labour and materials
  • Reporting for contract managers

This role starts on a scheduled start in Q2 and is suitable for an experienced residential site manager. The successful candidate will need to have a valid CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent and First Aid as a minimum.
