Padstone Recruitment need SITE MANAGERS Padstone recruitment need experienced residential site managers with listed property experience to start a job near Putney Bridge ASAP. You must have experience working with listed builds, for a a two phase extension, followed by a new build. The role will pay a day rate BETWEEN £(Apply online only), available on cis/ltd. 7:30am-5pm. MUST HAVE SMSTS, FIRST AID & PASMA TO START JOB!! You will be responsible for looking after the site teams sub-contractors, as well as liaising with the clients. Job description: Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors Buying materials for each phase of the project Monitoring build costs and project progress Conducting quality and safety inspections Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Maintaining quality control checks Motivating the workforce Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise Using specialist project management computer programmes Working on-site in all weathers, at client's businesses or in a site office.If available for this upcoming role, please send cv to advert and call Padstone on (phone number removed)
