Mechanical Site Foreman required for a permanent role with an established client based in Medway. The Foreman/supervisor will look after mechanical sites and projects across Kent, with options for contract/temp to perm positions and long-term prospects.
The successful applicant will come from a commercial and residential installation background and be able to overcome various day-to-day problems while overseeing a team of plumbers working on new build mechanical installations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixture of sub-contract and agency labour across various parts of the project.
- Lead toolbox talks and health and safety notices where required and arrange inductions.
- Be client-facing and represent our client’s professional reputation at all times.
- Assist with difficult parts of the installation and offer advice and practical solutions to design issues and alterations.
- Handle administration, paperwork, timesheets, delivery notes, induction paperwork, and management of drawings and schedules.
