Mechanical Site Foreman required for a permanent role with an established client based in Medway. The foreman/supervisor will look after mechanical sites and projects across Kent.
Choices of being Contract / Temp to perm. Long term prospects.
The successful applicant will come from a commercial and residential installation background and be able to overcome various day-to-day problems overseeing a team of plumbers working on new build mechanical installations.
You will be able to manage a mixture of sub-contract and agency labour across various parts of the project and will lead tool box talks and health and safety notices where required and arrange inductions.
As an experienced site foreman, you must be client-facing and will be expected to represent our client's professional reputation at all times.
You will be expected, from time to time, to assist with difficult parts of the installation as well as offer advice and practical solutions to design issues and alterations.
There will be an element of administration, including paperwork, time sheets, delivery notes, induction paperwork, and management of drawings and schedules.
