Mechanical Site Manager

Plumbing Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a plumbing supervisor/site manager to join our mechanical contractor client in Kent.

Salary: 55k + package + vehicle

Duties will include:

1. Overseeing and managing plumbers and subcontractors on new build residential building sites – occasionally overseeing 2-3 sites.
2. Covering all aspects of residential new build 1st and 2nd fix.
3. Domestic alterations.
4. Hot & Cold services.
5. Liaising with client/contractors on site/ inductions/ H&S/ RAMS.
6. Using a laptop.

Minimum Requirements:

1. SSSTS or SMSTS + First Aid preferred.
2. Gas safe registered highly desired.
3. Previous experience in a similar role.
4. Valid skills card and PPE.
5. Available for an immediate start.
