We are looking for experienced or senior Recruitment Consultants to join our energetic team based in Whitstable. This is a great opportunity for hard working individuals to develop their knowledge on busy desks as part of our Construction team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team or train people as part of your role
- Business to business and clientele experience
- Contribute as an ambitious team player on a busy construction desk
- Utilise construction industry links and sector knowledge
- Apply GDPR and KPI knowledge in daily activities
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset
- Prove a high desk billing ability (170k+)
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experienced consultant with previous sales experience – minimum 2 years
- Driving licence and own vehicle for client meetings and site visits across the region (training provided and shadowing available)
Compensation and Benefits
- On Target Earnings year 1 for senior consultants £30k+ / £38k+
- Uncapped commission paid monthly and additional bonuses for meeting targets and goals
