We are currently recruiting for a working electrical site manager for high spec residential flats in Hackney. Responsible for overseeing 15 subcontracted tradesmen. Up to 6 months work.
Details
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm.
- Pay: £(Apply online only) a day, depending on experience and cards, paid weekly CIS or LTD.
- Start date: February 2026.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electricians on site and liaise with the client.
- Manage and coordinate 15 subcontracted tradesmen.
- Ensure works are neat and tidy and aligned with project requirements.
- Supervise SWASWA Commercial install, Lighting, Conduit, Cable, and all other associated tasks.
Qualifications
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- First Aid ticket.
- GOLD JIB card.
- Experience in a similar role and ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
