Our client is looking for an experienced residential and/or commercial site manager to start ASAP. The position is a full-time, five-day-a-week permanent role based mainly on site, with a salary range of £50-65k per annum plus bonuses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing subcontractors on site
  • Conducting inductions
  • Reporting to site manager
  • Subcontract review meetings
  • Design coordination
  • Ordering materials
  • Scheduling
  • Snagging
  • Enforcing the company's H&S procedures and ensuring H&S practices are followed by all workers and visitors
  • Managing labour and materials
  • Reporting to contracts managers

Qualifications:

  • Successful candidates must hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent) along with First Aid certification.
  • Preference will be given to those with previous residential site management experience.

Note: This role has a scheduled start in Q2.
