Based in Bury St Edmunds; office when not required on site. Must hold SMSTS and First Aid certifications. Working Monday to Friday. Salary up to £70,000 negotiable plus package and car depending on experience. Schedule: 5 days on site and in the office between projects. Expenses for travel and hotels paid.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
- Attend project meetings and produce reports.
- Meet with designers, specialist contractors, and internal teams.
- Review designs for compliance with specifications.
- Assess and select mechanical sub-contractors.
- On-site review management of installation to ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure health and safety policy is adhered during project duration.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in commercial store build and conversion.
- Client-facing role, capable of holding progress meetings and reviewing processes.
- Available to start between January and March.
