We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to work on a residential project starting in Dagenham and Barking as soon as possible. Work will be customer care repairs in occupied housing. Basic tools and PPE are essential. Must have basic DBS.
Day rate: £210 CIS or Ltd, weekly pay, Mon to Fri, 8am-5pm with 1 hour compulsory lunch break.
Duties will include:
- Sanding
- Making good
- Painting
- Basic plastering
- Basic carpentry - fencing
- Temporary fixtures
- General handy duties
- All other associated tasks - general tidying and labouring
Applicants must have previous experience working on construction sites, have own basic tools, DBS check, and PPE, but CSCS card is not compulsory. Immediate start available, money paid weekly and contract is ongoing.
