Our Client, a well-established and reputable Mechanical & Electrical building services company, has an excellent client and sub-contractor reputation. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, a good team player but equally able to work on their own initiative.
Package:
- £60k - £65k plus package depending on experience and qualifications
- £5k car allowance
- Workplace pension scheme
- Optional health care
- 25 days holiday plus normal bank holidays
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience
- Previous successful experience in estimating electrical projects of £50k to £1.5 million
- Projects vary from small shop fit-outs to larger commercial Cat A/B offices
- Candidates should hold a driving licence
- Candidate to work under their own initiative, be self-motivated and a good team player
- Candidate should hold a CSCS card
- Conversant with BS 7671, 5266, 5839 and CG 2391 requirements
- Knowledge of an estimating package, SES Cypher1 would be ideal but not essential
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word required
