Description of the role

We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused and hospitality-driven Club Manager to lead the day-to-day experience at Padium Canary Wharf. You will thrive in fast-paced premium environments and genuinely love creating memorable customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality background who is passionate about people, community, and sport. You will lead the overall club experience, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Padium brand and culture. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, driving standards across the club, building community engagement, and ensuring the venue operates smoothly, professionally, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Padium Canary Wharf
  • Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience before, during, and after every visit
  • Create a welcoming, energetic, and community-focused atmosphere within the club
  • Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a high-performing team
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and community engagement
  • Manage club performance against operational and commercial targets
  • Support events, activations, partnerships, and corporate bookings
  • Maintain high presentation standards across all customer-facing areas
  • Oversee retail operations, stock management, and club equipment
  • Work closely with the wider Padium leadership team to continue building the brand

Candidate profile and experience

We’re looking for someone who is naturally people-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about hospitality and sport. The ideal candidate will understand how to create an atmosphere that customers want to come back to repeatedly.
