Mike’s Dive Store is one of the UK’s leading specialist scuba diving retailers, serving everyone from beginner divers to technical and expedition professionals. We’re passionate about diving, oceans, and delivering outstanding customer service — and we’re looking for someone who shares that energy. The Role
- As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the store — helping customers choose the right equipment, offering expert advice, and ensuring every visitor leaves excited about their next dive.
- You’ll work in-store and support our growing online operation.
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Advising on dive equipment (training provided if needed)
- Assisting with fitting masks, BCDs, wetsuits and technical gear
- Supporting stock management and merchandising
- Assisting with online order packing and dispatch
- Keeping the showroom clean, organised and visually strong
- Contributing to social media content
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and approachable
- Genuinely enthusiastic about diving, travel or watersports
- Reliable and punctual
- Tech-comfortable (POS systems, basic admin, email)
- Happy to learn technical product knowledge
- Have previous retail or outdoor equipment experience
- Enjoy photography, content creation, or social media
