Customer Service and Sales Agent – Mike’s Dive Store

Location: Remote

Contract: Full-time – Tuesday to Saturday, 9.00am-5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused individual to join our Customer Service team. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for the ocean and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role offers a great opportunity to grow within the diving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak to customers by phone, live chat, video conferencing and via email, providing friendly and professional assistance
  • Handle bookings for servicing, repairs and warranty claims
  • Offer clear information about dive equipment and services to customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage daily administrative tasks
  • Support retail sales by advising customers on equipment and accessories
  • Coordinate with the shop, our service technician, and the management team to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable “can do” attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Confidence in handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • An interest in diving or watersports is highly desirable (diving certification is a bonus)
  • Willingness to learn about diving equipment, training pathways, and company procedures
