The Role
- As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the store — helping customers choose the right equipment, offering expert advice, and ensuring every visitor leaves excited about their next dive.
- You'll work in-store and support our growing online operation.
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Advising on dive equipment (training provided if needed)
- Assisting with fitting masks, BCDs, wetsuits and technical gear
- Supporting stock management and merchandising
- Assisting with online order packing and dispatch
- Keeping the showroom clean, organised and visually strong
- Contributing to social media content
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and approachable
- Genuinely enthusiastic about diving, travel or watersports
- Reliable and punctual
- Tech-comfortable (POS systems, basic admin, email)
- Happy to learn technical product knowledge
- Have previous retail or outdoor equipment experience
- Enjoy photography, content creation, or social media
