The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

This role is very unique working in a Scuba Diving Business. The job will focus mainly on Admin and Retail, and will be the Co-ordinator within the Dive Centre, ensuring that the business runs successfully on a day to day basis, ensuring standards are met, customers dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner, all systems are working effectively and taking responsibility for the team in the office.

The role will include the following:

  • Providing Scuba Retail services to customers
  • Filling air tanks and carrying out kit fittings
  • Dealing with all the admin needs of the business, including emails, telephone, bookings and enquiries
  • Putting together orders for the shop

This role will be varied and flexible aiming to develop and train the right person. The successful person will be enthusiastic and hard working, be flexible in terms of work done and be able to work weekends as needed. If you regularly play team sports most weekends this job will not suit you. It is essential you are articulate and able to be great with customers. You will already be a Scuba Diver as we need someone with an understanding of the sport in order to impart information to clients. Finally, there will be some lifting and carrying of heavy Scuba Equipment and you must be fit enough to be able to do this as part of the job role.

Essential elements of the job will be:

  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Must be flexible and be able to work under pressure to get the job done
  • Good on systems and has a can-do attitude

It is not essential to be a Dive Master or more; however, it is essential to be a diver in order to understand the business. This role can request further scuba training including Dive Master at special discounted rates if appropriate.
