The Global Marketing Campaign Executive (PADI Media) is a globally focused campaign management role centered on client success, high-quality campaign execution and accessibility across international markets. Serving as a key client-facing resource for a portfolio of 60+ accounts, the role translates client goals into effective campaign strategy, providing data-driven recommendations and ensuring international clients have the support needed.

The role is based in Bristol, UK and reports to the Senior Campaign Manager in the US.

The PADI Club & Media team is dedicated to highlighting inspirational stories from the world of diving, and keeping divers informed and confident with the latest news and guides to the best gear, destinations and dive education experiences around the world.
The Global Marketing Campaign Executive - PADI Media owns the day-to-day execution, delivery, and optimisation of assigned partner and internal marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social, and sponsored content channels. Working from campaign objectives, approved plans, and initial requirements established by the Sales team, this role coordinates campaign deliverables, manages timelines and oversees launch readiness, monitors delivery and performance, and serves as a key point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders throughout execution.

Based in Bristol, UK with the option for hybrid working (i.e. split between working at home and the Bristol office). Fully remote working in the UK may be considered.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Campaign Execution & Delivery Own the day-to-day execution and delivery of assigned partner and internal marketing campaigns, taking campaigns from initial handoff through asset requests, content and deliverable development, approvals, launch, fulfilment, optimisation, and reporting. Establish and manage deadlines, ensure campaign materials and assets are accurate and launch-ready, and proactively communicate campaign status, outstanding deliverables, risks, and resource needs. Remain accessible to address international client inquiries regarding assets specifications and material needs.

  • Campaign Performance & Optimisation Monitor campaign delivery and performance across applicable channels, identifying pacing, placement, engagement, or other delivery issues; Evaluate campaign results against established objectives and recommend adjustments to improve performance or address underdelivery; and finally prepare campaign summaries, performance analysis, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned external partners during campaign execution; Provide campaign expertise and recommendations to sales and internal stakeholders; manage competing priorities across multiple assigned campaigns, determine appropriate sequencing, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Campaign Operations & Process Improvement Manage and maintain campaign and client information in Jira, Adpoint, and other applicable systems, ensuring information is accurate and supports effective campaign management; analyse campaign and operational information to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (Essential)
· 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, advertising, campaign management, media, client services, or a related field. (Essential)
  • Highly organised and able to manage a large volume of work (Essential)
· Experience with Jira, Adpoint, or other ad trafficking and campaign management platforms, and experience leveraging AI to optimise daily productivity and automated workflows (Preferred)
  • A strong project manager who takes ownership (Essential)
  • Flexibility to collaborate accross timezones (Essential)
  • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture (Essential)
· Client- and partner-facing - strong communicator / customer
service (Essential)
· Experience in digital media, agency, or publishing environments. (Preferred)
· Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to develop promotional messaging and campaign assets across email, social, digital and sponsored content. (Essential)
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented (Essential)
  • Experience or enthusiasm with scuba diving (Preferred)
