PadelPlex is bringing a brand new, hospitality-led padel experience to Nottingham, and we're building the team to make it happen. We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join us as Team Members at our first site. You'll be at the heart of the venue: welcoming guests, serving great coffee and food, keeping the place spotless, and making sure every visit to PadelPlex feels effortless and enjoyable.
A typical shift might involve:
- Greeting members and guests, checking them in for their court booking
- Making coffees, pouring drinks and serving food from our café/bar
- Keeping reception, courts and communal areas clean and welcoming
- Opening up or locking up the venue
- Taking in deliveries and keeping stock organised
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Love working with people and take pride in good service
- Are reliable, hands-on and happy to muck in wherever needed
- Can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Have hospitality or customer service experience (helpful, but not essential — we'll train you)
