PadelPlex is a new padel club group built on one idea: padel done properly. We come from a hospitality background, our first venue is launching this year, and more sites are already secured. We're opening our first site this November: multiple courts, a show court, and a clubhouse with a café/bar and changing facilities. We're looking for a Padel Coach to help us build something from the ground up - someone whose personality does as much of the work as their coaching, who makes every player feel welcome on court, whether it's their first ever rally or their hundredth match. Role Highlights Deliver coaching across the board: beginner intros, social clinics, junior sessions and 1-to-1 or small group lessons for advanced players. Help build the club's coaching culture from scratch, alongside our Club Manager and the wider team. Choose the route that suits you: employed or self-employed, with flexibility either way. Get involved in content creation for PadelPlex's social channels - you'll be on camera as much as on court. Genuine progression as PadelPlex expands, including future sites across the Midlands. Training and accreditation support available if you're not yet fully qualified but have the right qualities. What You'll Be Doing Running sessions across every level: complete beginners, socials, juniors and competitive players. Making padel feel welcoming, not intimidating, for people who've never picked up a racket. Building a regular coaching diary as the site beds in and the community grows. Getting to know your regulars - names, faces, how their game's coming on. Helping create social and marketing content - tips, drills, behind-the-scenes - comfortable being on camera. Representing PadelPlex on court: the way you coach is the way people experience the brand. What We're Looking For The right personality more than anything else - approachable, warm, someone who puts people at ease. A genuine love of teaching, not just playing. Comfortable in front of a camera - happy to front social and marketing content, not camera shy. Experience coaching a range of levels is a bonus, not a requirement. LTA Padel coaching qualification (Level 2) preferred, though we'll support the right person through accreditation if you're not there yet. DBS check and public liability insurance (we can help you sort these if needed). Flexible to work evenings and weekends. What's In It For You Employed: set hours, holiday pay, part of the core PadelPlex team. or Self-employed: run your own coaching practice on our courts, flexible hours, set your own rates. The chance to shape a fast-growing brand from its first site. Real scope for progression as we open further sites across the Midlands. Benefits: Company pension Discounted or free food Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Sick pay
