Padella was London’s pioneering fresh pasta concept when it opened in Borough Market in 2016, focusing on high quality, seasonal recipes and techniques developed at Tim & Jordan’s first restaurant, Trullo, and at St John, The River Cafe and Moro, where they trained. Intermediate and Advanced level WSET Training is included for our waiters, waitresses and servers and entire FOH team.
