Padelforce is a fast-growing local padel sports business dedicated to developing high-quality padel and performance clubs across Surrey & South West regions of the UK. Our mission is to ‘Connect Community’ through padel, the UK's fastest-growing sport, encouraging physical activity for all age groups through easy-to-learn sport which appeals to all abilities, fostering social interaction and inclusion through team sport.
We work with landlords, local authorities, developers, and private landowners to identify, secure, and deliver sites suitable for premium padel facilities. Our target is to acquire x5 suitable sites.
We are seeking a Freelance Property Acquisition Consultant to source and introduce viable sites for future Padelforce clubs. This is a results-driven, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for individuals with strong property networks and a proactive mindset. You will be rewarded for finding opportunities that convert, not for hours worked or reports written.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and introduce potential sites suitable for padel clubs, including underutilised leisure or retail space, development land or temporary-use sites, warehouses and light industrial units.
- Engage with landlords, agents, developers, and landowners.
- Make warm introductions to the Padelforce leadership team.
- Support early-stage discussions where required (heads of terms, site feasibility).
- Work collaboratively with our internal operations and development team.
- Typically 16,000–20,000+ sq ft or 0.25 to 0.5 acres (flexible depending on opportunity).
- Lease agreements only.
- Good access, parking, and local demand.
- Locations ideally in Surrey or South West UK.
- Commission fees paid in two stages: 1) Initial - Successful site introduction and Heads of Terms, 2) In Full - Agreement for lease or lease contracts signed.
- Clear, transparent agreement in place before introductions are made.
- Commission rate tied to lease value.
- Property professionals or consultants.
- Individuals with strong local or regional property networks.
- Experience in commercial property, industrial, leisure, or development preferred.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication skills and professional approach.
