As Head Coach & Academy Director, you'll lead all coaching activities while developing a structured academy that inspires players of every age and ability.
You'll have the freedom to create programmes, grow participation, develop a coaching team and build a coaching culture that becomes synonymous with Padel8.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the Padel8 Academy from the ground up
- Deliver exceptional individual and group coaching
- Create junior, adult and performance pathways
- Recruit, mentor and lead additional coaches as the academy grows
- Organise coaching programmes, camps, leagues and tournaments
- Build relationships with schools, local businesses and the wider community
- Drive academy participation, coaching revenue and member engagement
- Help create an unforgettable experience for every member and visitor
