Padel Tree is expanding and we are seeking talented Padel Coaches to join our team across several new and existing locations, including Wimbledon, Chobham, Brentford, Whyteleafe, and Harlow. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing organisation at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK.

As a Padel Coach, you will deliver high-quality coaching sessions to players of all levels, from beginners through to advanced. You will be responsible for creating structured and engaging lesson plans, supporting player development, and contributing to a welcoming and dynamic club environment. You will also work collaboratively with the wider team to organise events, tournaments, and community initiatives that drive participation and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group coaching sessions to a high standard
  • Develop and implement structured training programmes
  • Support players in improving technique, tactics, and overall performance
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of events and competitions
  • Help build a strong and inclusive padel community at each venue
Requirements
  • Proven coaching experience in padel and/or tennis
  • Strong understanding of technique, tactics, and game development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt coaching style to suit a range of ages and abilities
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
