We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic padel tennis coaches to join our growing community. As a coach, you can work flexibly and manage your sessions to suit you, whilst also playing a key role in creating a welcoming environment for players, and helping us in our mission to bring padel to everyone, everywhere!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication & Safety: Create a welcoming environment for players, manage and communicate your availability via WhatsApp communities and Playtomic App.
  • Playtomic Training: We use the Playtomic app for all bookings and class management. We would require all coaches to be proficient in this application to manage their bookings and cancellations. PPUK would provide full training.
  • Court & Site Maintenance: Relay to the on-site manager anything you see which needs attention, including court obstruction, vandalism, and/or health and safety concerns or events.

Requirements

  • Coaching Qualification Certificate
  • LTA Coach Code if registered with the LTA
  • LTA Coach Licence if registered with the LTA
  • Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • DBS Disclosure (For all coaches not able to provide DBS disclosure, on application, we will apply for DBS checks on their behalf via www.crbdirect.org.uk/. 50% of charges are payable by the coach.)
  • First Aid Certificate (PPUK can facilitate bookings of First Aid and Safeguarding courses. 100% of charges are payable by the coach.)
  • Safeguarding training (PPUK can facilitate bookings of First Aid and Safeguarding courses. 100% of charges are payable by the coach.)
